What is Environment ?
The sum total of all surroundings of a living organism, including natural forces and other living things, which provide conditions for development and growth as well as of danger and damage. See also environmental factors
Human rights are concerned with the circumstances that are essential for a human being to reach its natural destiny and in which all the dimensions of his personality develop in its full form. The central point of human rights is human, so the best human rights person's life and physical freedom is. Life is the basic right of human, but life means only animal level does not exist. America's Justice Field had said that in the word of life there is just a little more root than the existence of animal level. It also includes all the limbs and physical-mental abilities, which are the pleasures of life. Explaining the Article 21 of the Constitution, the Indian judiciary has recognized the right of life to include tradition, culture and heritage, rights to education, rights of livelihood, non-pollution free water and air rights, and the right to equilibrium environment.
At first it may seem strange that environmental pollution can be related to human rights abuses but now international environmental pollution has been considered as serious for human life and efforts are being made to overcome it at the global level. Therefore, when environmental-discrepancy is fatal for human life, there is no doubt in relation to human rights-related violations because the right to life is the highest human right.
Human existence and environment
Though man is also a part of nature, but at the practical level, he sees himself as the focal point of creation and sees nature as a separate entity. This trend of separation from nature probably originated at the time when humans began mass efforts to make physical life a facility of convenience. By the way, this separation has been very subtle and man has full coordination with nature, but today the situation has changed. Now man is in front of nature and is coming to exploit nature for his happiness prosperity. The nature has always opened itself in the heart of the people, and in the misery of taking away everything from their property, they have plundered themselves on the human and other living beings. This crisis is a continuous decline in pollution.
The basic needs of human existence like water, air and vegetation have become contaminated and contaminated today. In other words, the existence of human beings is hovering over danger clouds. Obviously the man is guilty of this misery. The adverse effects of environmental pollution have increased to such extent that such situations as flood, pandemic, famine, which were called God's wrath, were also seen as the result of their own doing. The importance of the environment has become important, it can be estimated from the fact that in June 1992, a world class summit was organized in Rio de Janeiro, in which representatives from 178 countries participated And they also included the President or Prime Minister of 100 countries. Prime Minister Shri Narasimha Rao took part in India's first international event of its kind.
